Photos for Grandma saves a copy of a sent message automatically to the following folder:
XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures\Photos for Grandma\Sent Items
Vista: C:\Users\<username>\Pictures\Photos for Grandma\Sent Items
Sent messages are saved to files with .MHT extension in the MIME HTML format. You'll need Internet Explorer to open that kind of file.
Each file name consists of a date and time of sending as well as the recipient's e-mail address. For example, if you have a file named:
20080214-113748 Sent to info@xemico.com.MHT
it means that the message was sent on February 14th 2008 at 11:37:48 (hh:mm:ss) and it went to info@xemico.com e-mail address.
In cases where you have additional recipients for the same set of selected photos the program will create separate MHT files for all of them. Currently the program does not delete older files from Sent Items folder at all so it is completely up to you to decide if you want to keep them and for how long. |
