1 First make sure Photos for Grandma is not active. If you see its icon in the taskbar right-click on it and choose Exit.
2 Go to Control Panel – Add/Remove Programs, find Photos for Grandma in the list, select it and click Remove.
Vista: go to Control Panel – Programs and Features.
3 If you get the message that "some elements could not be removed" that is because Windows keeps some of the program's files locked. There is no harm to leave things like that as the program can not come back.
4 If you insist on cleaning out everything then restart the computer and delete remaining folders manually. The list of folders left behind is given below.

Folders left behind

A C:\Program Files\XemiComputers\Photos for Grandma

By default this is the program's installation folder. It may remain after automatic removal if Windows had some of the program's files locked. After restarting the computer the lock is released and you can delete the folder manually.
B XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\My Documents\My Pictures\Photos for Grandma

Vista: C:\Users\<username>\Pictures\Photos for Grandma

There are three subfolders in this folder. Temp is most likely empty, Silhouettes keeps default photos used when setting up contacts and in Sent Items you will find copies of sent messages.
C XP: C:\Documents and Settings\<username>\Application Data\XemiComputers\Photos for Grandma

Vista: C:\Users\<username>\AppData\Roaming\XemiComputers\Photos for Grandma

There are two subfolders in this folder, Contacts and Users, where the program keeps information about your contacts.
