Drag & drop from a photo viewer program
This technique requires that a photo viewer you use supports drag & drop to another program. One such program is our freeware Photo Gadget Viewer that you can download from this page.

Start Photos for Grandma or if you already have its icon in the taskbar double click on it.

Click on the contact's floating window and drag it out of the program's main window. |

Close the program's main window by clicking "x" in its top right corner. Now you only have the contact's floating window on the screen where you left it. |

Start browsing through your photos in a viewer program. |

When you see a photo you want to send simply drag it to the contact's floating window and drop on it.

Once you finish adding photos simply click on Send button on the contact's floating window to send them. |

Finally close the viewer and click the small down arrow on top of the contact's floating window to minimize it. Next time you double click on the program's icon in the taskbar you will get back the contact's floating window at the same place where you left it. |

Open a folder with photos in Windows Explorer. It is the best to switch Windows Explorer to Thumbnails view for selecting photos. |

Now you can drag & drop selected thumbnails directly on the contact's floating window. |

Once you finish adding photos simply click on Send button on the contact's floating window to send them. |

Finally click the small down arrow on top of the contact's floating window to minimize it. Next time you double click on the program's icon in the taskbar you will get back the contact's floating window at the same place where you left it. |
View selected photos
Click View on the contact's floating window if you want to see selected photos and remove some or all of them. You can also add more photos directly from this window by clicking the corresponding option.
