Start Photos for Grandma or if you already have its icon in the taskbar double click on it.

Click Add on the contact's floating window |

Navigate to some folder with photos you have, make a selection and click Open. |

When you finish adding photos click Send on the contact's floating window. |
View selected photos
Click View on the contact's floating window if you want to see selected photos and remove some or all of them. You can also add more photos directly from this window by clicking the corresponding option.
